Full committee meetings are held twice per quarter on selected Fridays. Working group meetings are held quarterly between weeks 2-4.
A proposal MUST be received no later than two weeks prior to the meeting at which it will be discussed. Proposals are only reviewed at the working group meetings, not at the full committee meetings.
